Specification and Design

Are these cases made by the manufacturers of EpiPen®?

No. Epicase is an indépendent brand and is not affiliated with or manufactured by any pharmaceutical company.

Our cases are designed by an allergy parent to help families carry and protect allergy medication safely and practically in everyday life.

How much can you fit in a case?

Each case has an elasticated pocket to hold two EpiPens® or Jext (not included). It also has a smaller elasticated pocket, perfect for storing a small, decanted bottle or packet of anti-histamine (not included) or an inhaler (not included).

How will people know this has life-saving medication inside?

Each case is clearly labelled as a medical case so it should be easily identifiable, however we would always recommend letting any caregiver/responsible adult know that the case contains EpiPens®/Jext, and that they are clear on how and when to use them in the absence of a parent or legal guardian.

I love these for kids but wish you had some fun designs for us adults, too! Will you be launching any adult designs?

Is this case insulated?

Epicase uses a protective lining designed to reduce exposure ti everyday environmental stress during normal daily use. We're currently refining an optional PCM temperature control insert to enhance this further. We won't release it until it performs reliably in real world conditions but recent testing is encouraging so watch this space. We always recommend following manufacturer storage guidance for medication. Epicase is designed to support safe, practical carry, not to replace their guidelines.

Delivery and Returns

What is your returns policy?

We are proud of the quality of our cases and are confident that you will love them too, but in the event you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 30 day return policy.

Do you only deliver to UK?

Yes, unfortunately at the moment we are just focussed on getting set up in UK. However we plan to add additional markets as soon as we can so ensure you are signed up to our mailing list and following us on social media to be the first to hear when we do.

Do you offer next day delivery?

We will have a range of delivery options including express and standard when we fully launch but for all pre-orders delivery date is expected to be in mid-late May, the exact date will be confirmed in due course.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is the option to secure your chosen item before it comes into stock, so that when it does arrive you are one of the first to receive it. Pre-order items will be clearly highlighted as that and will not be dispatched until the stock arrives.
